The Maisie Dashboard comprises six main sections:
Below we provide an overview of these sections so you can get yourself familiar with the dashboard. We’ll deep dive into how to setup and use every section in subsequent help articles.
The Dashboard home screen displays your setup to do list and summary performance stats at the top.
Scroll down to view more detailed performance stats for your Website Bots and Messenger Bots.
The navigation menu on the left side of the screen is used to navigate across different screens of the Dashboard.
Click Website Bots to expand the menu and you’ll see links to Convo Flows and Convo Modules.
Click Convo Flows to view a list of all the conversation (“convo”) flows that have been created for your website bots. On this screen you can edit, publish / unpublish and delete Convo Flows by clicking the relevant icons on the right side of the screen.
Click the edit icon for any Convo Flow to open up the Maisie Chatbot Builder.
Click Convo Modules to view a list of all the conversation (“convo”) modules that have been created for your website bots. On this screen you can edit existing and create new Convo Modules.
As our standard Store Modules are integrated deeply into your e-commerce platform we don’t allow them to be deleted (or else you’d lose that functionality!) but you can edit them.
Click Messenger Bots on the navigation menu to view links to Abandoned Cart Rescue and Orders & Shipping.
Click Abandoned Cart Rescue on the menu to view your performance stats and to setup and edit the Messenger Checkbox Plugin that’s inserted beneath the add to cart buttons on your product pages. You can also switch on/off and edit the checkout reminder messages that are sent in Facebook Messenger to Messenger subscribers who abandon their shopping carts.
Click Orders & Shipping on the menu to view your performance stats and to setup and edit the Messenger button that’s inserted on your checkout / thank you pages. You can also switch on/off and edit the order confirmation and shipping notification messages that are sent in Facebook Messenger to your Messenger subscribers.
Click Audiences on the navigation menu to view links to Audience List and Audience Builder Popup.
Click Audience List on the menu to view the Facebook Messenger and email subscribers you have generated from opt-ins on your Maisie Website Bots, Messenger Bots and Messenger plugins.
Click Audience Builder Popup on the menu to configure and switch on/off a Subscribe to Messenger popup on your website. This is useful for quickly growing your Messenger subscriber list. You can choose to use the Maisie popup or, if you use Justuno or Privy, you can insert a Messenger checkbox opt-in onto your existing popup.
The Campaigns section has been designed to enable you to run bespoke marketing campaigns to re-engage with your subscribers and to bring them back to your website. Currently you can run bespoke campaigns only on Facebook Messenger. In future this will be expanded to other communications channels such as SMS and WhatsApp.
Please note that bot-driven (automated) re-marketing communications via Messenger and email that occur as a result of interactions with your Website Bot or Messenger Bot / website plugins are not managed in the Campaigns section. Settings for these can be managed via the Website Bots and Messenger Bots sections.
To view your campaigns select Campaigns on the left menu and click Messenger Broadcasts.
You can create a new Messenger Broadcast by clicking the CREATE CAMPAIGN button. Please note that it is only possible to send Messenger Broadcasts once you have received approval directly from Facebook. You can follow our instructions here to apply directly to Facebook.
The reporting section provides detailed statistics about your chatbots and each convo flow. So you can track your bot usage, revenues and subscribers.
Scroll down the page and you can see the stats for every Convo Flow you have running. Click the Details button on the right to view details of what your customers are engaging with in each Convo Flow.
