Will you charge me extra if I exceed my plan’s traffic tier?
We’ll notify you when you are getting close to your monthly traffic tier limit. You can choose to upgrade to the next traffic tier or remain on your current tier. If you choose to stay on your current tier Maisie will be deactivated from your site until the end of your current monthly billing period. At the start of your next billing period Maisie will be reactivated on your site automatically. This ensures you can keep control of your costs.
Can I cancel Maisie at any time?
Yes, you can cancel Maisie at any time. You do not need to enter into any long term contracts to use Maisie.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If your store is on Shopify, payments will be billed to your Shopify account.
What happens at the end of my free trial?
As you near the end of your free trial period you will be asked to provide your payment details in order to continue using Maisie.
If you do not provide payment details Maisie will be deactivated on your site but your account, settings, convos and data will remain intact so that you can login and continue with Maisie at a later time.
Do I need to provide my credit card details to start my free trial?
No, we want you to be able to freely enjoy the benefits of using Maisie so we do not ask you to provide your credit card details to start a 14 day free trial. You will only need to provide your credit card details, or authorise payment if you are on Shopify, if you wish to continue using Maisie at the end of your free trial period.
