How to customise the FAQ Bot (Convo Module)

What does the FAQ Answer Bot do?

The FAQ Bot (Convo Module) enables your website visitors to get instant answers to commonly asked questions, 24/7.

This offers your visitors a better customer experience, making it more likely that they will get the answer they need and complete their purchase as they don't have to wait a day or more for a response. The FAQ Bot also saves you valuable time as you won't need to respond manually to as many customer queries.

How do I customise the FAQ Answer Bot?

Follow the steps below to customise the Discount Bot for your store.

1. Visit the Convo Modules main screen using the navigation on the left of your Maisie Dashboard.

2. Click the edit icon on the right of the FAQ Bot (Convo Module).

The FAQ Bot editor screen will be displayed.

3. Review all the elements of the convo. If you’d like to make any changes or additions hover over the item you’d like to change and click the edit or add icons accordingly. If you’re not familiar with how to do this please read our Maisie Chatbot Builder tutorial before continuing.

4. Click the Save button to save any changes before continuing.

Please note that any Convo Flows already using the FAQ Answer Bot will not be updated automatically. You can update your Convo Flows by deleting then reinserting your FAQ Answer Bot (Convo Module) as per these instructions.
