How to pause or cancel your Maisie subscription

Pausing or cancelling your Maisie subscription

If your store is on Shopify

All billing for your Maisie subscription is handled directly by Shopify so please login to your Shopify account and click Apps on the left menu.

You'll see a box dropdown from the top of your screen. Click Apps and sales channels settings.

On your Apps and sales channels screen, locate the Maisie app and click Remove.

The Maisie App will be deleted from your Shopify store and billing will be cancelled.

Please note that as per Shopify requirements we must delete customer data from Maisie within 48 hours of you uninstalling Maisie.

If your store is on another e-commerce platform

Login to your Maisie dashboard and click Billing in the bottom left.

On your billing screen, scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click the Pause my subscription link.

Your Maisie subscription will be cancelled. You will be able to continue using Maisie until the end of your current billing cycle.

Closing your Maisie account

Should you decide you wish to delete your Maisie account completely, please follow the steps above to cancel your subscription. Then email us with your account deletion request from the  email address you used to sign up to Maisie and we will arrange for your account to be deleted.
